WHAT I DO?
Life without Limits provides endurance training that focuses on strength and conditioning along with run technique to make you a better and fitter endurance athlete. My high quality programming will ensure you are ready to conquer any race from 5km to Ultra Distance and any triathlon from Sprint to Ironman. This type of training is completely different from your traditional high volume, low intensity periodisation programs.
I can teach you how to PB at a 5km race whilst training for a 50mile race by teaching you how to develop speed whilst also developing endurance. Training for one particular race does not have to come at the detriment of other distances or aspects of fitness. You CAN achieve excellence across ALL fitness domains and ALL distances.
